Allison Quinn

Allison Quinn recently joined the Konter Realty Companies after moving back to Savannah in 2006. Allison is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where she received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business (Accounting) and a minor in French. She loves to travel, read, scrapbook and spend time with family.

The majority of Allison's career has been in the hospitality industry working for a large, private hotel company in the Accounting field. She has worked in several major cities (New York, Chicago, Dallas and St. Louis), wherever the company transferred her. She began as an Assistant Controller and became a Controller within 8 years running her own office as the chief financial officer of the hotel and asset manager for the owner. Wanting a change, Allison elected to become a roving Controller whereby she traveled around the country to various hotels needing assistance in training, audit preparation, interim Controller, account reconciliations, etc.

After a year on the road and wanting to put down roots, Allison chose Savannah as her permanent home. The strong traditions, generous people, beautiful weather, and affordable living all enticed her to start a new career as well. Allison is excited to combine her business expertise, relocation experience and real estate knowledge together to guide families through the home ownership process. She looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm for her new hometown with others as they find their new home in the Savannah area.
